We had lots of hard conversations with people. And the next 6 months were difficult but by the Fall of 2010 we felt like we had re-planted – we had a new worship team, 8 great small groups and a new vision.

Under the leadership of Kevin Fischer, Miami Vineyard Community Church has grown from 200 to over 2,000. Last summer, he began serving as regional overseer of Vineyard Southeast.
