What is roots?
Roots music comes in many forms, taking its inspiration from folk, bluegrass, country, blues and rock, but this distinctively American musical style shares a common expression of life through traditional instruments and honest songwriting. It could be said that worship music shares many of these traits – both tell stories through song and are rooted in a reverence for music handed down through generations.
